Operators to support our construction and field service projects.Our operators are essential to completing work safely, efficiently, and with pride on every job.
What Equipment Operators Do
Depending on project needs, Equipment Operators may be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Operate heavy equipment to support construction, installation, and repair work

Safely move and position materials on active job sites

Assist with grading, excavation, site preparation, and general field work as needed

Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Follow all safety standards, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements

Coordinate with foremen and crew members to ensure efficient workflow

Support production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality

Assist with general labor tasks when equipment operation is not required

Keep equipment clean, maintained, and properly secured
